OUR STORAGE SERVICES:

OUR MAINTENANCE & REPAIR SERVICES:
- Container maintenance and repair for all types of containers (dry, reefer, open top, ISO tanks, etc.).
- All inspections are carried out by qualified inspectors and repairs are to IICL5 standards.
- Materials used are as per Industry specifications and an extensive stock of spare parts for various reefer manufacturers including Carrier, Thermo King, Starcool and Daiken.
- Reefer structural repairs can also be carried out including foaming of insulated panels and all major reefer structural parts are carried in stock.
- Our knowledgeable and hardworking workers equipped with the most advanced tools and machines, allows us to provide our valuable clients with the most effective Container Repair Services.
OUR CONTAINER CLEANING SERVICES:
- High-pressure water pumping system with max working pressure of 200kg/cm2 and flow rate of 180L/M.
- Hot water supply of 100℃ above and normal temperature water into which cleaner may also be added for special cleaning; the pressure can be adjusted according to necessity.
- Special cleaning head: For improving efficiency and cleaning effects, it may use 3-D cleaning head for container not polluted seriously to conduct self-service timed spherical surface cleaning.
- Special treatment of oil stains: High pressure, hot water and cleaner carried out by well experienced personals with water gun.
- Drying function: Provide drying with auxiliary heating, moisture absorber and compulsory air drying equipment for containers with high speed and quality requirement.
OUR SPECIAL REEFER SERVICES:
- Monitoring of reefer equipment performance.
- Pre-trip inspections for reefer containers and reefer vans “PTI”.
- Reefer structural repairs can also be carried out including foaming of insulated panels and all major reefer structural parts are carried in stock.
OUR SPECIAL ISO TANK SERVICES:
- ISO tank cleaning – food and chemical grade using high pressure mechanical spinner.
- ISO tank maintenance; full repairs – structural and part replacement including valves and gaskets.
- ISO tank surveying, periodic testing “including statutory testing”.
